Freshly Made Kale Juice

Kale might taste little bitter but it is one of the healthiest leafy green vegetables! Even if you are not delighted with its taste, if you juice it along with some other fruits or vegetables you can prepare delicious juice packed with nutrients. This juice is packed with vitamins A, C and K in a low calorie package.

Directions

Wash kale and steam it lightly. Chop and press kale.

Tips

If kale is too bitter for your taste, you can add some agave syrup to add sweetness.
