Combination of peaches and strawberries is so sweet and wonderfully refreshing. You don’t need any sweetener, because the fruit itself gives delicious flavor. This smoothie is excellent source of vitamin C and it helps to reduce inflammation.
Cut the peach in half, remove pit, slice and press.
Wash strawberries. Remove stems and press.
Mix with yogurt, stir well and serve. You can garnish with few strawberry slices.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 cup fresh or frozen sliced peaches
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
You can freeze strawberries before pressing for cooler and creamier smoothie.
