Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

This juice is packed with nutrients in a delicious and low-calorie package. It is very high in vitamins A and C, which are well known immune system boosters. Grapefruit-carrot juice helps in reducing inflammation as well.

Peel and segment grapefruit.
