Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Blueberries have the highest antioxidant capacity of all fresh fruits. Bananas are a good source of vitamin C and excellent source of vitamin B-6. They are naturally fat and cholesterol free. This smoothie is nutritious, low-calorie drink.

Directions

Wash blueberries. Peel and cut banana into pieces.

Mix milk, plain yogurt and banana together.
Press this mixture.

Press  blueberries. Mix well, pour into a glass and serve.

Tips

If you want a stronger taste of blueberries, add extra 50 grams of blueberries.
In this recipe we used whole milk, 3.25% milk fat, but you can use low-fat or nonfat milk if you want to reduce calories or fat.
