This juice combines the power of citrus with delicious taste of pineapple. Grapefruit is excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C, which are known immune system boosters. It can be too bitter for someone’s taste, but when you combine it with pineapple, delicious juice will be made!
Peel grapefruit and cut into suitable pieces (8 pieces approximately).
Peel, core and chop pineapple.
Squeeze grapefruit then squeeze pineapple.
Stir well and serve.

- 2 grapefruits
- 1/2 pineapple
If you want to increase the nutritional value, you can add some celery or parsley.
