Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberries are great source of vitamin C! Combined with lemon, they make excellent source of this vitamin that boosts our immune system naturally. This smoothie is high in manganese as well, and both vitamin C and manganese are powerful antioxidants!

Directions

Pour almond milk and yogurt into juice collecting container. Mix well.

Wash strawberries, remove stems and press them.

Peel and press lemon. Stir well and serve.
