Directions

Peel mango and slice it in half. Remove seed from the inside.
Mix milk and yogurt together.

Press in this order: Mango, grapes, apple, carrot, banana, spinach.
Add milk and agave syrup into prepared juice. Stir well and serve.

- 1/2 mango
- 2 oz spinach
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 20 grapes
- 1/2 apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- 11/2 tbsp. agave syrup

Tips
In this recipe we used whole milk, 3.25% milk fat, but you can use low-fat or nonfat milk if you want to reduce calories or fat.
