This creamy smoothie will fill you up and it can be considered more as a meal than a snack. High content of B vitamins will help your body to break down proteins, fats and carbs, turning them into energy. Since pulp of this juice is full of fiber, you can add some of the pulp back to the juice and high-fiber content will make you feel full longer.
Slice avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh out using a metal spoon.
Peel and slice banana.
Mix milk, yogurt, avocado and banana together, and press this mixture.
Stir in agave syrup and serve.
