
Bananas are a good source of B vitamins, vitamin C, and manganese. They are naturally fat and cholesterol free, and when squeezed together with pineapple, they create very nutritious, diet drink!
Directions
Peel, cut and mix banana with soy milk. Press this mixture.

Peel and core pineapple. Cut and press.

Add finely chopped Brazil nuts into mixture. Stir well and serve.

Tips
You can refrigerate ingredients before pressing if you want your smoothie to be cold.
In this recipe we used fortified soy milk to get better nutritional value.
