Bell Pepper & Papaya Juice

Papaya is so delicious and healthy fruit that it is no wonder that papaya was called “fruit of the angels” by Christopher Columbus. Papaya lowers cholesterol, helps in weight loss, improves digestion. If you mix it with bell pepper, which is extremely rich in vitamin C, you will get a healthy and tasty drink that is excellent for your immune system. For nicer look, use yellow bell pepper. 

Direction

Wash bell pepper. Remove stem and seeds, and cut into suitable pieces.

Peel papaya, cut in half and remove seeds from the inside. Cut into suitable pieces.

Press bell pepper, then press papaya.

Add agave syrup into freshly squeezed juice, stir well and serve.

  • 1 papaya
  • 11/2 tbsp. agave syrup
