Banana cabbage juice is a low-calorie and low-glycemic index drink. It is perfect for breakfast and for dinner because its high-fiber content will fill you up, and its nutrient-rich composition will give boost to your immune system.
Peel and slice banana.
Wash and chop cabbage.
Peel and cut kiwi.
Press in this order – banana, cabbage, kiwi. Along with them – press soy milk.
Add agave syrup into freshly squeezed juice, stir well and serve.
Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 kiwi
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 11/2 tbsp. agave syrup
In this recipe we used fortified soy milk to get better nutritional value.
If you are on a weight loss diet, do not use agave syrup.
