Freshly Made Pineapple Smoothie

Pineapple adds a delicious sweetness to any smoothie! As an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese this smoothie can help you maintain strong immune system and strong and healthy bones.

Directions

Peel, core and chop pineapple.

Wash and cut carrot. Press carrot then press pineapple.

Peel banana, cut into pieces and mix with yogurt. Press this mixture.
