Directions

Wash and peel potatoes. Chop into cubes and press.

Slice avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh out. Mix with broth and press.

Transfer about ½ of the pulp into pot. Add squeezed juice and a pinch of salt. On medium heat bring to a boil. Stir until everything is nicely combined.

Tips

If you don’t have time to juice spinach separately, juice all ingredients together.
