
This smoothie is packed with vitamin C from strawberries and selenium from Brazil nuts, and it will provide you more than daily recommended intake of this nutrients in one serving.
Directions
Peel and cut banana. Mix with soy milk and press.

Wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut strawberries in half and press them.

Add agave syrup and finely chopped Brazil nuts into mixture and stir well.

Cool down and serve cold.

- 2 Brazil nuts, finely chopped
- 2 bananas
- 20 strawberries
- 3/4 cup soy milk
- 11/2 tsp. agave syrup
