Watermelon is so sweet, and it adds a delicious flavor to any smoothie. There are some tricks on how to pick a good watermelon. Hollow sound and a yellow splotch on watermelon means that it’s at the peak of its ripeness and full of juice. Refrigerate watermelon before pressing, or add some ice cubes into prepared smoothie if you want it to be cool.
Chop watermelon (without rind) and press.
Pell and cut banana into pieces. Mix with yogurt and press.
Mix well and serve.
