Freshly Squeezed Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is rich in vitamins A, C and K in a low calorie package. When preparing this juice, use ripe tomatoes because they are sweeter. You can drink fresh juice immediately, or you can use it in some cocktails, such as Bloody Mary.

Directions

Wash and cut tomatoes. Remove seeds (optional), and press.

Tips

You can refrigerate finished juice before serving. If you want stronger flavor, you can add some salt, pepper, or agave syrup. You can add some water as well, if you want more diluted juice.
