Non-Fat Fruit Smoothie

This delicious and healthy juice is bursting with flavor so much that you will forget it’s fat free! It will give you more vitamin C than you need for a day. This mixture is perfect for those who are trying to lose weight.

Wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut large strawberries in half.
Wash pear and remove stem. Remove seed and cut pear.

Cut banana into pieces, then mix banana, milk and yogurt together. Press this mixture. Discard pulp.
