Melon Banana Smoothie

Besides being delicious, this smoothie is high in potassium, low in calories, and full of vitamins C, A and B. B complex vitamins, often called energy vitamins, will boost your energy, so this smoothie can be a perfect way to start your day.

Directions

Peel melon, remove seeds from the inside and cut into suitable pieces.

Tips

In this recipe we used whole milk, 3.25% milk fat, but you can use low-fat or nonfat milk if you want to reduce calories or fat.
