Carrot Mango Juice

This carrot-mango juice is full of vitamins A and C – well known immune system boosters. Carrots may improve eyesight, and reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease. Fiber from carrots help cleanse the body. Combination of mango and carrot is a winner in taste and nutritional value.

Directions

Wash and cut carrot. Peel mango and remove seed from the inside. Cut into pieces.

Add agave syrup into freshly squeezed juice. Stir well and serve.

  • 11/2 tbsp. agave syrup (If you prefer sweeter juice)
