Blueberry Smoothie

Prepare this delicious smoothie for dessert and enjoy the taste of refreshing berries while getting plenty of essential nutrients. Fresh berries have antioxidant properties, which means that this smoothie can help you to protect your cells from the damage that free radicals can cause.

Directions

Wash and press blueberries.

Wash strawberries and remove stems. Cut in half the big ones and press.

Mix milk and yogurt, add to squeezed juice, stir well, pour into a glass and serve.

Tips

In this recipe we used whole milk, 3.25% milk fat, but you can use low fat or non-fat milk to reduce calories and fat.
